Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all services offered by GetRecruits via www.getrecruits.in. By purchasing or subscribing to any paid services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Service Nature
GetRecruits provides relevant resumes, and related HR services. Our services are considered non-tangible and non-returnable.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Free Services: There is no cancellation required for free services; you may discontinue use at any time.
- Paid Services: Once a payment is made and services are activated (e.g., Resume assistance), cancellation requests cannot be entertained.
3. Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Services: Payments made for buying Resume packages / recruitment solutions are non-refundable, regardless of usage.
- Duplicate Payments: If you are charged twice due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate transaction after verification.
- Service Non-Delivery: If GetRecruits fails to activate or deliver a paid service within the promised timeframe, and you have notified us in writing, you may be eligible for a refund at our sole discretion.
4. Modification of Services
GetRecruits reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice. In such cases, if you have paid for a service that is discontinued before activation, a full refund will be provided.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with a service, you must contact us at hr@getrecruits.in within 7 days of purchase.
